MONTHLY WELLNESS CLASSES
Each monthly creative afternoon workshops are designed as two separate experiences. One uniquely for adults, another for children. ADULTS MONTHLY WELLNESS CLASSES: 150 minutes reserved entirely for adults who want to try a different slant to address mindfulness and wellbeing. These experiences have no particular theme apart from the ones you share that illustrate your monthly; perseverance / grind / patience... Nothing is minimised - we are all here to applaud, congratulate and share your micro (or even major), triumphs the past month has thrown your way. We create a mindful and reflective space to share those moments that have challenged us using drama, discussions and games to finally exhale and see things from another perspective. We think it's an exciting way to spend a Saturday afternoon, once a month - with light refreshments thrown in during the last half hour to have a chat and network. Tickets via link below.
